How it works
- Pick the bars you want and send the form. You get a quote right away. Nothing is charged.
- Accept the quote and send your logo, phone number, and website.
- We design your tile and send you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
- The coasters are printed and delivered to the bar.

Who prints the coasters?
Total BS LLC designs, prints, and delivers them. You send your logo, phone number, and website. We build your tile and send you a proof before anything is printed.
What size are the coasters?
They are 3.5 inch square. The bar's logo is on the front. The back has a grid of 4 local business sponsors and a QR code.
What if my trade is already taken at a bar?
Each bar has one business per trade, so you are never sharing a coaster with a direct competitor. If your trade is taken at a bar, choose another bar. Call 585-204-2749 if you want to be told when a spot opens.
When do the coasters ship?
The first run is November 2026. Requests close November 15. After you accept your quote and send your logo, we send a proof, then print and deliver the coasters to the bar.
Can I cancel before I get an invoice?
Yes. Sending the form is a quote request and nothing is charged. After you accept the quote, Sean sends an invoice. You can walk away any time before that.
Can I run more than one bar?
Yes. A sponsor in more than one bar gets a discount on the total: 2 bars: 5% off, 3 bars: 10% off.
